1. Service Overview
PostFuel is an AI-powered social media automation platform that generates, schedules, and publishes content to Facebook and Instagram on behalf of local businesses. By subscribing, you authorize PostFuel to post to your connected social media accounts.
2. Subscription & Billing
PostFuel Pro costs $49 per month, billed monthly. Your subscription auto-renews each billing cycle until you cancel. You may start with a free trial period; if you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged the standard monthly rate.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the billing page or Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — no partial refunds are issued for unused time.
4. No Guarantee of Results
PostFuel helps automate your social media presence, but we do not guarantee specific engagement metrics, follower growth, or business outcomes. Results depend on many factors outside our control including platform algorithms, your audience, and your industry.
5. Content Ownership
You own all content generated by PostFuel for your business. We retain no rights to your posts, business information, or brand materials. You are responsible for reviewing content before it is published.
6. Social Account Tokens
When you connect Facebook or Instagram, we store encrypted access tokens to post on your behalf. These tokens are stored securely and are never shared with third parties. You may disconnect your accounts at any time.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use PostFuel to post spam, hate speech, illegal content, or content that violates Facebook or Instagram's community guidelines. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of PostFuel after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
