  • Business information — business name, type, location, and target audience
  • Social media tokens — access tokens from Facebook and Instagram to post on your behalf
  • Usage data — posts created, scheduling preferences, and feature usage

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To generate and publish social media posts on your behalf
  • To personalize AI-generated content to match your business voice
  • To manage your subscription and billing
  • To send service-related emails (trial reminders, billing updates)

3. We Do Not Sell Your Data

PostFuel does not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your business data and social media tokens are used solely to provide the PostFuel service.

4. Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number, CVC, or full billing details. Stripe handles all payment data in compliance with PCI-DSS standards.

5. Data Security

Social media access tokens are stored securely in our database. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt. We use HTTPS for all data in transit.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, your data is kept for 30 days in case you reactivate, then permanently deleted.

7. Deleting Your Account

To delete your account and all associated data, email support@postfuel.com from the email address on your account. We will process your request within 7 business days and confirm deletion.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy as our service evolves. We will notify active users of material changes via email.
